What colors should you wear for your session?

Something we get asked often is regarding what colors to choose for your boudoir session outfits. When it comes to choosing colors to wear for a boudoir session, there are a few things to keep in mind. First and foremost, you should wear colors that make you feel comfortable and confident, and that reflect your personal style and personality. Skin tone also plays an important part in making this decision.

That being said, there are a few colors that tend to work well for boudoir photography:

1. Black: Black is a super popular choice for boudoir photography, as it is a timeless and elegant color that can create a sense of mystery and sophistication.

2. Jewel tones: Deep, rich jewel tones like emerald, sapphire, and amethyst can also work well for boudoir photography, as they add a sense of luxury and sophistication to your images. These colors photograph so well on any skin tone!

3. Pastels: Soft pastel colors like blush, lavender, and baby blue can create a delicate and feminine look in your photos and are more suited for tan or darker skin tones.

Ultimately, the best colors to wear for your boudoir session will depend on your personal style, skin tone, and the overall look and feel you are going for. Don't be afraid to experiment with different colors and textures, and let us help you create a look that is uniquely you.
